Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits ☕️ A non-refundable deposit of $100 USD is required at the time of booking. No deposit = no booking. Simple as that. ☕️ The deposit secures your spot in my schedule and applies toward your chosen service. Cancellations & Rescheduling ☕️ Cancellations must be discussed directly with me via email. I do not accept cancellation requests through third-party platforms or messaging apps. ☕️ Clients may reschedule their booking once, up to one month prior to the month of their scheduled booking (for example, in early October for a November slot). ☕️ After a reschedule, any subsequent changes or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Form Completion & Information Requirements ☕️ The custom cover form must be completed before the start of the booked month for eBook cover services. ☕️ Add-on information (paperbacks, audio, etc.) may be provided later, but eBook cover details must be finalized on time. No-Shows & Accountability ☕️ A no-show within the booked month = deposit forfeited and automatic blacklisting from future bookings. ☕️ Respect for the booking schedule is non-negotiable—my calendar is tight, and your slot is valuable. Additional Notes / Waitlist ☕️ If a service is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of sign-up if a slot opens. ☕️ Deposits are non-transferable between services or clients. Each booking requires its own deposit. ☕️ I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate policies or fail to respect deadlines.
